35bdo Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 35bdo ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all aspects of your use of the 35bdo website at 35bdo.app, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonus participation, gaming activity, and communications with 35bdo support.

By accessing the 35bdo platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 35bdo platform.

To be eligible to register and use the 35bdo platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 35bdo strictly prohibits access to and use of the platform by anyone under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any jurisdiction.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of a third party, a business entity, or as an agent.
• You must not already hold an active account on the 35bdo platform. Each individual is permitted one account only. Operating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration and update it promptly if any details change. False information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on the 35bdo platform or under any self-exclusion arrangement you have entered into. If you have previously self-excluded, contact support before attempting to register.

When you register an account with 35bdo, you are creating a personal account that is tied to your registered mobile number. The following obligations apply to all account holders:

• Your account login credentials (mobile number and password) are personal to you. You must not share them with any other person. 35bdo will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account by a third party if you have shared your credentials.
• You must notify 35bdo customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 35bdo may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of a reported security breach.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised it, except where a breach of security is directly attributable to 35bdo's own negligence.
• 35bdo reserves the right to verify account details at any time and to require additional documentation as part of its ongoing compliance and KYC obligations. Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or closed.

35bdo accounts are not transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person. Any purported transfer is void and may result in the closure of all involved accounts.

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the 35bdo platform. All account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 35bdo supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, City Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

35bdo will not process withdrawals to accounts or payment methods that differ from those registered to the account holder. Any withdrawal request that cannot be matched to a verified payment method on the account will be held pending further verification. Players are responsible for ensuring that their payment details on the platform are accurate and current.

35bdo offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. The following conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms at the time of the offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the specific offer terms state otherwise. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts or payment methods constitute bonus abuse.
• 35bdo reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings from a player's account if it determines that the bonus was claimed fraudulently, through a technical error, or in breach of these Terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the applicable wagering requirement on winnings generated from those spins. Free spin winnings that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• 35bdo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted in to the promotion and met the qualifying conditions will not be disadvantaged by such changes.

Your use of the 35bdo platform must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and possible legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to access the platform, place bets, or conduct transactions without human input. Any use of artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay is prohibited.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, match results, or odds. This includes any form of chip dumping in poker or table games, and any coordinated betting patterns intended to exploit platform rules.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds that are derived from illegal activity. 35bdo has a zero-tolerance policy for the use of the platform for money laundering or any other form of financial crime.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or bugs in the platform software in order to gain a financial or competitive advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of a known technical error are void and will be reclaimed by 35bdo.

35bdo is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to all players seriously. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. 35bdo provides tools within every account to help players manage their gaming activity, including the ability to set deposit limits, activate cooling-off periods, and request self-exclusion. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 35bdo platform without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of 35bdo intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 35bdo's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited as follows:

• 35bdo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• 35bdo is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside of its reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, mobile network outages, third-party payment processing delays, acts of government, natural disasters, or force majeure events.
• Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

35bdo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms, including but not limited to underage gambling, operating multiple accounts, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automation tools, or providing false identity information.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested by 35bdo, or provision of documents that cannot be authenticated. Accounts held pending verification will have withdrawal access suspended until verification is complete.
• Upon closure of an account for breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited where the breach involved fraudulent conduct, bonus abuse, or deliberate exploitation of platform systems. In all other cases of closure, verified balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

35bdo may update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 35bdo will publish the updated Terms on the platform and notify active account holders via the notification system. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 35bdo platform after the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to arrange the return of any verified account balance.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 35bdo operates an internal complaints procedure for resolving player disputes. In the first instance, any complaint should be submitted in writing to 35bdo's customer support team at [email protected].

35bdo aims to acknowledge all written complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, 35bdo will advise the player on any further steps available to them. 35bdo will not engage with complaints submitted via third-party claims management companies.
